How We Are Increasing Our Front-End Profit

We started with our guest interview, chatting with Sean Salinger about his experiences running workshops to raise additional income for his business
And yesterday we gave you an extra 4 ways to generate revenue for your business…from merchandise to retreats
Today though, I want to share with you one thing that’s really working for us when we take on new clients
So let’s dive in
When a member joins…they pay, they sign up on the booking system and they get a tote bag filled with a welcome pack, a protein bar, and some vouchers
These vouchers include ⬇️
1️⃣ Bring a friend for free pass – they will bring the friend who really loves the session and everything you do. That’s potentially another sale for you on your programme with no ad spend! ?
2️⃣ £20 off a MyZone belt – its a heart rate monitor which connects to the TV and shows clients how hard they’re working. This voucher gives them money off purchasing the belt (we might make a fiver or so on the sale but it also gets them hooked on MyZone and committed to us as a long-term member) ??♀️
3️⃣ T-shirt voucher – a discount on any sort of clothing is great. Put the order out at the beginning of the month and you’re guaranteed to get that 1 sale but also they’re more likely to want to buy more clothing from you and to want to feel part of the community long-term ?
So as you can see, adding these vouchers into their welcome pack is a great way to get people excited and invested into your programme but also adds additional income!
Lastly, as the final part of our onboarding process (3 weeks down the line) we give them the chance to have a go at our Small Group programme
Why? Because they’re currently on our low-end Team Training programme, so a trial on this may get them interested in our high-end offer and mean we can upgrade them ?
