Weekend tasks ?
Today is the 1st of Feb
And as it’s a weekend too
There is no better time to get a few essential tasks done that will help improve your fitness business as a whole
1️⃣ Survey your clients…
Every few months be sure to get a quick update on how they are finding your fitness business and what areas you can improve on
Our questions are based on the core values, this way we know if staff are hitting them or nor
2️⃣ Give feedback to staff…
Once the surveys are in, now sit down with your staff and work on any areas that need attending too
3️⃣ Collect the latest reviews…
You should never let a client leave without giving your fitness business a review
Always try and get them just before they finish and they are getting results
4️⃣ Book your next few events…
Getting clients booked into events that are a few months off keeps clients focused and on track
Be sure to have a few planned over the rest of 2020
Now enjoy your weekend and I will speak with you on Monday
