The dreaded “I need to put my membership on hold”
I was on a call today with a new Portal member
When he got a point of almost breaking down ☹️
He was explaining how since the lockdown has come into play
He has really struggled to keep ahold of the clients, since having to stop his small group PT set up
With not a single set up or system in place to be able to coach them remotely, he explained that the dreaded “I need to put my membership on hold” message have been coming in daily
And it was my post the other day about the system and offer we are running at DKnine Fitness that gave him the confidence to battle on and get things moving forward again
So we came up with a blueprint for him to follow
First, it is to build his online portal to house the online workouts, recipe books and resources he would be giving his clients
Second, is to sign up to Zoom to be able to do LIVE workouts
Third, to come up with a timetable to keep the client informed as to when we will be doing these LIVE sessions
Four, create the ads, landing and sales process to start bringing in new leads and sales
Five, contact anyone who has left in the last 2 weeks and explain the new set up
I pointed him in the directing for each of these trainings inside The FitPro Portal for him to get on with and have it all ready for Monday 🙌
