Earlier this week we went over Stage 1: Understanding Your Finances
^ our costs, sign-ups, pricing, what we can & can’t sell
Today is Stage 2: Designing the FEO
This is how we get people into our business 🙌🏻
But before we decide on this we need to figure out what it is we’re going to offer
So, what is the offer?
No one wants to join your business on a 12-month contract right away
They don’t know you or trust you
So we need to figure out a way of getting them in
Then they can try or have a go at your business before they commit
It’s the same for sky TV, they give you an offer or incentive to come and join them before they move you onto their monthly
For us at the gym, we do a 6-week programme
This allows them to know us, like us and decide before they carry on
Once you’ve decided on the length of the programme, you need to decide what is part of the programme
Number of sessions, type of support, accountability & nutrition
Moving forwards we need to map out the period that they’re with us
👉🏼 What happens when they pay and in week 1,2,3,4,5 and 6
By mapping this out we can deliver the best possible value to them in the 6 weeks
This also allows us to convince them to move onto monthly at the end of their 6 weeks
