My thoughts on Black Friday offer

So tomorrow is supposed to be one of the craziest days of the year when it comes to sales

Half Price This…

70% Off That…

That’s alright for the big boys, the big high street shops who make millions a year

But for the small business like us

That strive to stand out in our area and be the very best FitPro

It’s just not the same

That is why I (my business) will never reduce prices

For the simple reason, lowering prices bring in one type of client

Like one of my FB Ads management clients said earlier “The nasty groupon people who want it all for fuck all”

Our aim as a small business is to make sure we know what we have coming in every month, before the month even starts

100 clients on £79 a month

Or

20 clients on £180 a month

You know the numbers you need

This is how we balance the books, this is how we stay in the game and not fail like other business

We track our finances, we know our outgoings

We SURVIVE

So here is what we do…

We charge the normal price but add in extras

For example at DKnine Fitness, we are running 8 weeks for the price of 6

We have a simple target of collecting 15 new £159 clients each month

So adding in an extra 2 weeks for free on top doesn’t change what we need

The FitPro Portal again doesn’t lower the price

The offer is going to be 3 months for the price of 1

As our aim is to add 10 new clients a month to it

So before you go crazy and create an “AMAZING” Black Friday offer

Workout if it makes business/financial sense first
