Today I want to go over the “Traffic” campaign
And it does exactly what it says it does… Sends TRAFFIC to the page you choose
When you are running it, it tells you how much each click has cost you
It’s over to you then to aim to get the cost per click down, either by changing the copy, or improving the images and video and so on
This type of campaign is used by MOST people who have a basic understanding of how Facebook Ads work when it comes to generate leads
You create the advert, put the link to your landing page and hope for the best

Traffic campaign aim is to find people who like to click though to a new page, not exactly the type of people who are likely to opt-in
You see Facebook Ads systems is super clever and knows who is more likely to opt-in rather than just view
This is where Traffic campaign should mainly be used to send people to blog pages, or pages on your website you want people to have a good look over
Don’t get me wrong, Traffic is a great campaign to use to generate leads
The biggest problem will be the landing page and making sure that is properly optimised to generate you the leads
