If you Don’t Have This Automation in Place you are Missing a Trick!

This week has been all about adding systems and automations to your business to allow you to step away from your business, or just to make your life easier and let you do more of the things you enjoy in your business

On Monday, we had our guest interview with Liam Britton to discuss how he managed to set up 2 studios, earning 30k a month!

Yesterday, we shared with you some systems we have set in place to allow us to step away a little from DKnine πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Today, I’m sharing a foundational tip that’s helping us maintain the systems in our business

Yesterday we talked about the systems we have in when clients join us, moving into our monthly memberships

What I’m talking about today is key to chacing after these leads

If you don’t have this automation in place it’s much harder to track the progress of each lead and turn them from a prospect into a sale

Today we’re talking about Zapier πŸ™ŒπŸ»

A lead comes in on Facebook and this triggers a Zap

The first zap we have is to add that lead into our lead tracking system

We’ve used trello before but we’re going back to google sheets

Name, email address & phone number get added to that sheet

We can keep track with what we’ve spoken about and whether they’re booked for a consult

After that, another zap triggers a text message straight to themπŸ“±

If someone applies late at night you don’t want to jump on that call

So the text tells them you will be in contact

In that message is a small CTA

Telling them to complete the application or head over to our Facebook page to check us out πŸ‘†πŸ»

The last automation is a text to yourself

So when a lead comes in, you are told immediately that you have a new lead

That way then you can give them a call straight away to try and book them in πŸ“ž

The quicker you get back to the lead…the warmer it will be!

Moving away from that zap itself, we always book people in for consultations via calendly

Calendly sends them a confirmation and 2 reminders

One, 24 hours before and another 6 hours before

This way you have a better chance of them showing up or letting you know they’re canceling πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ

That’s our lead chasing set up in a nutshell

I hope this makes sense!

If you can get this sorted, and systematise your clients LTV

This will free up a lot of your time

And save you spending loads of money on Facebook Ads πŸ™ŒπŸ»
