3 Steps to Systemising Your Clients LTV

Today I’m sharing with you 3 steps we’ve implemented here at DKnine
To allow us to step away & ensure clients stay with us for longer periods of time ⬇️
Step 11️⃣ Assign Clients to Trainers
So the first thing we’ve done is split our client base in half and assign them to a coach
When a new client comes on board they have an onboarding tick list they need to carry out ✅
To make sure this client feels confident and wants to stay with us
For example, making sure they hand over the welcome pack & tell them all about the bring a friend voucher
And across these 6 weeks dropping them messages about the various things in the welcome pack – the t-shirt voucher, the myzone voucher, the protein taster
All these simple steps will keep them excited, up to date and build that trust
To make sure they stay on with us ??
Step 2️⃣ Incentivise the Trainers
When a client goes from 6 weeks to monthly they get paid £10 a person
That means if we’re doing 5 people on our 6 week programme and 2 people stay, they get an extra £20
The more people they get to stay, the bigger their bonus
You see, as a business we’ve convinced that person to stay & it hasn’t cost us anything additional
Plus, regarding the bring a friend referral voucher…
If the friend joins the 6 weeks we’re going to give whoever referred them a half price month
Plus the trainer gets a £10 bonus
Because it cost no admin for us and no marketing hours for us
AND…everytime a client goes beyond 6 months, 12 months etc. They get another £10 bonus
This will keep the trainers engaged and keen to work to their absolute best
3️⃣ – Stepping Away
Giving them set clients and targets in the initial onboarding and moving beyond that
We can move away from the business ??
We know the trainers are in charge of the clients
They’re incentivised to keep clients as long as possible
And this free’s up our time
To do things we enjoy doing and to keep the business moving forward
It was done really simply
We set out spreadsheets for the trainers to use…and it really is this simple!
