Hybrid Model 🖥
Okay, today is the final Model I want to talk about in this Going Online Series as I have something super special coming for you on Monday 🙌
The final one I want to talk about is something called a Hybrid Model
This is the one we use the most at DKnine Fitness Hybrid, as you can probably guess is a mixture of online and offline coaching
And there are a LOT of ways of doing this
One of the most common ones are doing a 1-2-1 gym session a week, followed by 2 online workouts and nutrition coaching
This way you can dip your toes at online coaching, and keep your on the floor skills up to date
What we do here at DKnine is we create a 6 Week (Course Model) Programme that all new members that join us get
Plus we have a (Membership Model) where we add new content into the inner circle on a weekly basis
My final thoughts… If you are serious about wanting to get started with going online, I would start with the “Course Model”
Having a start date, and offering out places on a 6 week course
From there, move them into the membership model to have the recurring income coming in after they have completed the initial 6 weeks
This way, you then have 2 online programme offers moving forward to fit a range of budgets
