How We Run our Consultations at DKnine Fitness

This weeks topic is all about chasing leads & making sales πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Chasing leads is always the hardest part of the prospect to client journey, most of us know how to create an advert or post to get people to show interest, but once they do, we then need to get to work on chasing this lead to convert them into a clients

We started the week off with our interview with Pete Drinkwater, yesterday we discussed 5 tips for chasing leads and today is all about what’s working for us

So, for this What’s Working Wednesday we’re chatting about our sales consultation ⬇️

Here at DKnine we tend to phone people up and invite them in for a consultation

But when they come in, we NEVER do a hard sell

We find hard sells don’t work for us. You can either end up forcing people away or the sale ends up being a bad one in the long-run

Instead, we offer them a coffee, we sit them down and have an informal chat about their family, their pets, their work, their previous exercise experience and give them a tour and walk around the gym

Why? We want them to feel comfortable and not pressured or rushed or forced into anything

So that’s what’s working for us. It’s all about explaining everything and letting them do most of the talking, having a friendly conversation and no hard selling to them
