We all want clients that stay with us for months if not years
After all, it’s cheaper to keep clients than it is to generate a new sale
Most of the time, all you need to do to keep a client is keep them interested and loving the service
After all, why would somebody want to leave if they love coming to you
In that initial FEO cycle, it’s more down to building know, like & trust
They have committed to a short offer, say 6 weeks
In that time, you need to show them that you are different, better and the right place for them
This starts with the onboarding process you have for new clients
What can you do to wow your new clients❓
How can you make your place feel different❓
How can you make them feel special like no other gym has❓
Small things like a welcome postcard, a t-shirt so they feel part of the team, a nice welcome booklet
Then you have an email automated system in place to guide them through their initial FEO with you… Let’s say its 6 weeks
? Week 1 may be Topic, plus CTA
? Week 2 Topic, plus CTA
? Week 3 Topic, plus referral CTA
? Week 4: Topic, plus making it long term
? Week 5: Topic, plus Review CTA
? Week 6: Topic, getting you into the long term offer CTA
Plus during their initial 6 weeks, you are always dropping hints at how clients have been doing over a number of months
