ClickSend is a text messaging software, that can send out large broadcasts or individual text messages

The reason we use it is to first let a prospect know we have had their application form. This is an automated text message ?

Then once a month we send out a large broadcast text message to all our contacts ?

Remember speed is KEY… The quicker you can get back to a lead, the better chance of signing them up you will have

Next up is Aweber

Aweber is an email marketing service that is quick and easy to use

Yes there are many others out there, but we have found it to be one of the simplest to use and the price isn’t crazy

We use the automation feature to stay in touch with leads for the first 5-7 days

Sending out emails to build Know, Like & Trust

All with a CTA to come back and complete the application form

We write the emails once, then each time a new leads gets added they automatically get these emails

Then we use it to send out daily emails ?

To keep building on the KLT, letting the prospect know we are still here and including that CTA incase they are ready to go

The final one is ManyChat

It’s basically the same as Aweber for Facebook messaging

It is FREE to use, and there are paid versions to add more features

What we use it for is to send out a monthly or bi-monthly broadcast to all our subscribers

Once you activate ManyChat, anyone who messages the page get’s added as a contact

And you are good to go
