When a new client joins
You should always have a little victory dance
They joined YOU ?
Not your competition… YOU ?
Now you have to confirm to your new client that they have made the right decision
So I ask you a simple questions
Can you walk me through what happens with that client over the first 30 – 42 days
If you have no idea what I am talking about then this is how you convince clients to stay on with you LONG TERM ?
When a new client joins us here at DKnine Fitness
They leave, booked in for their initial 1-2-1 consultation, added into the members area and leaving with a welcome pack
We also immediately jump into the draw and write a welcome card and send it in the post
7 Days in, they get a phone call from one of the team asking how their first week has been and if they need any extra assistance
Day 10… What’s your favourite colour? We want to order you your FREE DKnine Fitness t-shirt
Day 14… Nutrition is key, did you want to come in and chat with one of the team
Week 3, offer an opportunity to come and try the Small Group class
Week 4, phone-call from one of the team to see how their first month has been
Week 6, Facebook review and Google review
We want clients to stay for the long term, and most of the stuff we do during the initial 4-6 weeks costs nothing except time
Time that the clients will appreciate for giving up and spending with them, and helping them get closer to their goals
Get the out of gym systems right
And you will never have a revolving door of clients ever again ?
