Is have a core Front End Offer: FEO

An FEO that never changes

Yes, you can add products…

But focus on your main FEO and turn that into what you are all about


Because you will get know for the results you deliver, the level of service you offer

By changing your FEO all the time, not only do you confuse your audience

But you also confuse yourself

A training we put in “The Portal” the other week was all about creating your first proper program or FEO

No matter if you deliver a 1-2-1, group or boot camp service

You need to be clear on the main FEO you offer

By you being 100% clears, it makes the sales & delivery of your FEO much easier

So here is something for you to work on:

➡️ How long does it take you to get results for your average client?

30 Days? 6 Weeks? 12 Weeks?

Decide on the program length

➡️ Now we have the length, what is inlaced in the program

Sessions? Nutrition? Accountability? Motivation?

Decide on the program inclusions

Now you have this sorted

Next, we need to look at the delivery of the program…

What happens when they join?

What happens in weeks 1, 2, 3 and so on?

How are the program inclusions offered?

When someone first enquires what happens?

What is your follow up series like for prospects?

How to do you take payment?

What happens at the end of the FEO

If you keep changing your FEO from a 6 week, to a 21 day, to a 12 weeks. You have to do all the over, and over again, and over again

So here is my advice…. The one thing we have done since we opened DKnine Fitness

Have one main FEO and stick to it

No matter the time of year

PS… Bonuses, extras, incentives can all be added to your FEO

For example, we did a 8 weeks for the price of 6, giving them an extra 2 weeks at the end

But honestly, pick one FEO and stick to it
