How we do nutrition for our SGPT clients

Today’s post is all about what we do for nutrition with our SGPT clients here at DKnine Fitness
So first of all, none of our staff are qualified nutritionists
This means we do a lot of outsourcing which I will go over in a minute
When a client joins, we explain that nutrition is as much as 70-80% of their overall results
We can help get them fitter and more toned when they train at the studio
But the food is all down to them
We start with getting them to download MyFitnessPal and walk them through on how to use it
Next, we get them set up in our online membership site
In here is where we have all our nutrition content
This is also our low-end online program ?
Almost 100% of the nutrition content is outsourced
The first person I want to shout out is Naomi Carson from Fitpro Recipes
From her we have a:
✅ 7 Day Meal Plan – (Perfect as a lead gen guide)
✅ 21 Day Meal Plan
Both have shopping lists and step by step instructions
✅ 102 page Recipe Books, which also covers a few other topics when it comes to getting results
Then on a monthly basis we 5 videos recipes & 15 new recipe downloads that we add to the member’s area
Next, we have Shane Nugents from SJN Nutritions Gold subscription
This is a monthly subscription where Shane creates brand new nutrition training each month
I’m not sure 100% how it works for new people who join
But we had a good number of trainings in the Dropbox folder when we joined, then each month he adds new ones in which the clients love
Then on our end, we create quick 30-second nutrition tips and post them in their too
Nutrition is the hardest part of any journey, as we have very little control over what they eat
We just keep on top of asking them on how they are getting on
And getting them to complete MFP or keep a food journal
