Running any sort of business is hard… at the beginning, you wear so many hats 🧢
From trainer, to lead gen, to client retention, to sales, to client care
One thing that’s worked for us, is for someone to take a hat off us
You see, at the start I was doing everything 😩
But I really didn’t like phoning the prospects
It was a mental block of mine, I just avoided it ❌
This hat just wasn’t for me
So I had one option, to find someone to do the calls for me
Taking me out of that simple equation allowed me to focus on generating the leads, making the sales and coaching the clients
Now as you can see, DKnine has evolved
We have 2 PTs, a client care manager, me and Holly
I really have stepped away from DKnine now 🤓
I’ve taken so many of these hats off
So, if something is getting in your way
