Hello from America ??
Here is my personal timeline
Set up DKnine Fitness bootcamp in 2015 in North Wales
Late 2015… moved to Southampton and re-launched as an over 30’s small group programme
2016… Worked every hour possible, training 35 clients a week
Sumer 2016… Somehow managed to move clients around to be able to fly to France to watch Wales play football and then fly back the next morning before starting the sessions again
2017… Had enough of working every single hour and put a plan into place
Late 2017… Travelled around Thailand for 5 weeks, having taken on a trainer for the gym
2018… Moved the whole business up to Cardiff where we finally got our first studio
Summer 2019… We now have our first gym manager, 3 trainers and 2 client care managers
And today the 17th of September 2019, I should have just landed in Florida as you read this
To have 2 weeks of not having to think about DKnine Fitness at all
Except for 1 hour management call each week
ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
Decide what you want… Make the plan… Work hard… End enjoy the ride
Ps… Normal service resumes tomorrow ?
