This week has been all about getting ready for the big re-opening

There will be an announcement in the next few weeks giving us a date we hope 🤞🏻

On Monday was a guest interview I did for UKPT’s Fb group sharing insights and top marketing tips for re-opening 🗣

On Tuesday I shared 5 things we’re doing at DKnine to hit the ground running for re-opening 5️⃣

Wednesday was our Facebook Ad funnel that is working to increase the number of people into your pool of interested prospects 🎣

Yesterday was a foundational tip to make sure your pricing and structure is ready to go and that all your issues are ironed out and you’re ready to go as soon as they give that date 💸

Today I’m talking about our mission this year at FitPro Lead Gen: to help 100 gym owners & fitpros get to 10k a month and stay there

So today I want to give you an insight into the very first step on how we plan to do it ⬇️

Because if we can get to 10k as fast as possible

After you’ve paid running costs and paid yourself

You will probably have 2-3k profit on top of that at the end of the month ❗️

And it all starts with re-opening and the cost you charge the client per month

So consider your pricing

Go too low and you will need a high volume of clients ⬇️
Go too high you will have less clients but you will need to keep them more satisfied ⬆️

So what we tend to say is go for £100 a month

100 clients…10k in your account every month

For this price its relatively easy to keep clients happy, interested and getting their value for money 😁

£97 a month for 3 sessions a week is what we’re offering at DKnine Fitness

And thats why we can get there quickly and stay there

If you’re brand new…consider this

If you’re already set up…now is the time to start fine-tuning this

Consider what they will get, how much you will charge and get your advertising out there
